It is in our inbox, and a confirmation is on its way to the address you gave. We will reply there too — so if that address is not right, simply send the form again with the correct one. We aim to answer within a few business days; security reports are acknowledged within three, under the disclosure policy.
What happens to what you send
The form posts to our own Firebase function on this domain — no third-party form widget, no analytics, no cookie. That function relays your name, email, platform and description to our inbox, and sends you a plain-text confirmation, both through Postmark, our transactional email provider, and keeps no copy of what you wrote. Your IP address is not written to the email or to our logs; to stop the form being used as a spam relay, a one-way keyed hash of it is counted for an hour and then deleted.
